Waiting

So, while I was waiting for the bus to take me back to De Havilland Campus ( I know what you are thinking, why are you back from your party so early...well, I didn't want to go to the Forum with a bunch of drunk people. Some were not drunk yet but they will be....It huge line and lots of people inside just standing by the bar ordering drinks until they drown...okay...that is a little bit exaggerated but still...) I took some photographs which I thought would be interesting and I was trying to show you guys what it looks like over here...

Okay, I am still waiting for some photographs to upload, I will continue about my day. I woke up excited because of my photoshoot but no, it decided to rain last night and this morning! WTH! I swear it has been nice everyday in the morning this week or it gets sunny by the end of the day which is at 3pm or 4 pm. The sun sets here around 4:40 or 5:00. It is freaking insane. It feels like it is 10 o'clock by 7 o'clock. It is screwing with my judgement of time. The day are extremely short.

Instead of the photoshoot, I went to St. Albans with Whitney. I finally got my last three rolls of film which kind of suck...I wish they were better but they weren't. :( I just need to practice more. I got a book at the market about Myths, Fairy Tells, and Folklore! I am super excited to start reading it. I want to go to Arthur's Grave!!! ;D I want to find out about Robin Hood. (For Virg: Book of Blood with Jonas Armstrong is out here! I almost got it for us to watch when I come back however it cost 11 pounds. I was like HECK NO! ). I am going to read before I go to bed tonight which is probably shortly. Melanie needed some fabric for her photoshoots so I goet her some. They are pretty cool! After walking around Saint Albans, we had SUBWAY! Oh my gosh, it was so good! Worth all the 4 pounds i spent. I am going to be going there all the time now! They have one by the Galleria and in the town centre! Walk there and get a sandwich and walk back. Sounds good to me. Now, I want a stupid sandwich. lol.

After we did all that, we head to Asda. I had to top up my Nomi card. I had only 4 pence left! I don't know where all the money went, I actually do...stupid text messages and calling home. I enjoy my random talks to Mom and Shannon...if I am really lucky, I get to chat with Laura! :D I miss them all terribly! OH DUDE! I finally talked to my dad the other day! It was the best! :D He needs to update his facebook page more and so does everyone else! Keep me up to date with your lives!!! :D Back to the story...We met up with Faye and Tosh who were shopping for their party tonight. It was a lot of booze. lol. I got cookies, i am a dork, but it was a pound for 4 Toblerone Cookies! They were so yummy!

Leaving Asda, which is the store where the guy is a security guard in the Full Monty :D, we headed towards circle 7 and the thrift shops around the area. I got my mom a gift at one! I showed it to her already. I suck. lol. But I wanted to make sure she wore it. I still have to get a couple more gifts for people. Everything is small and simple. nothing fancy over here. Poor student here, just letting you know. :D I am going to get the rest at the Christmas places I am going to next month which is TODAY! It is 12:04 here or 00:04am right now. lmao.

Fun adventures...lmao...When we finished with all that shopping, it feels like forever shopping here, I headed back home. The bus ride took forever it felt like. lol. I got back here and got an email from Marie and Eric, the couple I am going to be staying with in Leeds on November 27th to the 30th, which said they are going to try to get me to a farm where there is rare animals so I can take photographs, I am super excited. I hope they can take me to the Leeds Castle because it is surrounded by WATER!!! :D





That is the castle! BEAUTIFUL!!! They have jousting tournaments there as well!! I might go back there to watch some but it is at the end of May!!! :D I ordered my train tickets to Leeds which only cost me 40.05 pounds which is pretty cheap for round trip tickets. A trip to Scotland on a bus is only 11 pounds one way! isn't that awesome.

I started to ichat with my mom and it was wonderful. I got to see Jean too!! Plus, my little girl sara and my little man toby!! I miss them so much. It is hard seeing them and not being able to huge and squeeze them. But it was good seeing my mom. I wish more people had ichat so I can talk to them or webcam through yahoo! I chatted with her all evening which was her morning and screwed up her day. but who cares, lol, I needed my mommy time today. The weekends are my ichatting days with her. :D

I got ready to go the party late...I was totally slacking because I didn't feel in the mood to be surround by drink kids. Yes, I can call them kids because they are younger than me. By 4 to 7 years. I am old. I am proud of it. lmao. I was a punk...wearing my red plaid pants, star scarf, gray sweater, the shoes stephie got me, and my nightmare before christmas bag. I was rockin' it. just kidding. I felt lame. I am still wearing the outfit because I am lazy to get my pjs on just yet. I had to walk to the other campus because the bus didn't come or i just missed it. i was utterly confused by it. So, I didn't get there until 9:30ish when I guess everyone else did. Stayed there for about a hour that when they all decided to go to the Forum. I don't really like the Forum, sorry. But I am not up to drinking...it just doesn't feel right...i feel fake doing it and i know that i can handle more than i should because of my alcoholic grandparents. :D but not parents...they can handle drinking a good amount before they get drunk or tipsy which scares me and laura and shannon could do the same thing when they were in college. So, i stay away.

The driver was nice!!! ;D He was lovely man. lol. I was the only one on the bus going back to de havilland where everyone else was heading to the forum. It was nice that he waited to open the doors until i got to the doors and said, here you go sweetheart, have a good night. lol. I was like thanks you too! then i rushed off into the crowd while the push and shoved their way into the bus to go to the other campus to get drunk and be stupid. Oh yeah, lots of police officers and security on the other campus. Not that much here on de havilland right now. it is so quiet here...it is kinda of scaring me but so nice.

Now, I am ready to go to bed and sleep in tomorrow. Do my wash and get some clean sheets! So I will leave you with some of the photographs I took tonight because everything sucks for uploading here.
